Welcome to ESIK lunch Yoga!

The class will take place between 11.00 to 12.00 every Friday starting the 3/2 until the 6/1 2012

Where? House 10. Isafjordsgatan 10. 

Just in the entrance floor beside the reception. Inside the red tower.

Take with you your yoga mat, water and something to cover with. 

Please reply that your are attending the class.

Välkomen till ESIK lunch yoga!

Vi kör yoga mellan 11.00 till 12.00 varje fredag from och med 3/2 till den 6/1 2012

Ta med liggunderlag, vattenflaska och en filt. 

Svara gärna om du kommer. 

Nu har sektionen skaffat en Gong som används under avslappningen.
