When you get an email from Dominic McAleenan stating that your place is assured, then your seat is secure. Anyone with the link can register and pay, but note that as there is a limited number of places we will strictly follow when a person registers and pays. please pay as soon as possible. When we have taken all Ericsson employees into account, we will move on to family and friends in order of registration.
Details about bus times in Hantverkarbyen (lunch at your own cost), arrival time for picking up numbers, and where you can leave skis for waxing service, and arrival time at accommodation will be provided in an email closer to the time.

Vasaloppet competitors stay at Evertsberg. Bedlinen included. Evening meal and breakfast included.
In both races the bus waits for the final competitor to finish the race, but we normally arrive back to Stockholm around 2-3 in the morning on the Monday.

Welcome to Öppet Spår and Vasaloppet Sunday 2026!
Note: To keep track of registrations more clearly, only one booking per person is possible. Hoping people understand this as this reduces the risk of errors. Swish has a mandatory 15 kr cost.
We might have limited availability of bus seats for people who don't require accommodation, but this is limited and seats are prioritized for those staying at our accommodations.
