Dear alpine ski-lovers,

 

The ski season is around the corner and we in ESIK Alpina are looking forward to an exciting season with both old popular and new destinations! We're kicking off the season with a trip to Trysil in Norway in December and right after new year it's time to explore some new destinations; Hundfjället in Sälen and Kungsberget closer to Stockholm. Our classic destinations Vemdalen in March and Tänndalen in April round off the season.

Season schedule

Trysil December 14-17

Trysil comprises four interconnected ski areas, all with their own unique characteristics. From black slopes in Høgegga to the red, blue and green slopes at Skihytta, Turistsenter and Høyfjellssenter - Trysil has something to offer for skiers of all levels! For this trip we will meet up with ski enthusiast colleagues from Gothenburg!

 

Hundfjället January 18-21

Hundfjället in Sälen offers varied skiing for all levels of skiers and is an ideal destination for beginners. It's connected to Tandådalen where also advanced skiers can find excitement in many of Sälen's black runs. In total Hundfjället provides access to close to 50 slopes

 

Kungsberget February 8-11

This year we'll introduce Kungsberget, which is a new destination for ESIK Alpina. Kungsberget is a family oriented ski resort, only two hours away from Kista. We will stay in Ski lodge apartments with ski-in/ski-out and close to the easy slopes. Kungsberget is an ideal destination for beginners and those who want to improve their skiing technique!

 

Vemdalen March 14-17

Our most popular trip year after year is the trip to Vemdalsskalet. Vemdalsskalet spans over two mountains and offer a wide variety of skiing with a bit more challenging slopes on Hovde while Skalsfjället is a carving paradise. After a full day in the slopes, make sure not to miss the after ski!

 

Tänndalen, April 18-21

Tänndalenis a carving paradise and provides great skiing conditions the whole season, a normal season it falls 5 meters of snow! Enjoy the carving in one of many nice carving slopes or just enjoy a cold beer in the warm spring sun.
